Derek Ngo was awesome and professional unfortunately, they can’t work on modified vehicles which I totally respect their policy. I appreciate Derek being upfront about that. I would totally recommend him as your service advisor
After buying my headlights here for an outrageous $370 they wanted to charge me an additional $250 to install them?!? Wtf grease monkey did me right and installed them for $20 and 7 min this service center is a joke and a huge rip off
WARNING regarding the service department. I went in for a routine oil change and noticed I had the low air tire light on. I had a 1pm appointment and waited for nearly 3 hours for my oil change to be completed. I was told they did the oil, checked fluids and filled the tires. No trying to upsell me on air filters, or anything else (first time EVER). They did a car wash and put a sticker on the windshield. I noticed the next morning my low tire light was on. i Recently purchased a 2025 Lexus NX350h at Stevenson Lexus in Lakewood. The sales rep that i dealt with was Anthony Ayala. I would definetly recommend seeing him for a relaxed easy going no pressure sale. Anthony was honest and made us feel at home. My next Lexus i purchase and i will. he will be my go to guy. I leased a Lexus 1wk and 1/2 ago from this dealership. Hyat was the reason I came into the dealership due to her impeccable sales and customer service skills!!! Danny puts in 110% with any technical questions or help with vehicles. Jeremy makes sure you leave the lot with a vehicle lol.
