My 2014 Lexus got a strip of metal lodged underneath my chassis when I made a roadside stop. Stevenson Lexus diagnosed and fixed the problem. I will definitely go back there if I have future issues with my Lexus.

I’ve always had great service at Lexus of Frederick, but my most recent visit truly stood out. Joe Hashman and Phil Brooks went above and beyond in taking care of my vehicle. Joe was exceptionally kind and was the first service advisor we’ve worked with who really took the time to ensure everything was done properly. Phil made sure my car was running smoothly and returned it in excellent condition. I highly recommend both of them for your next service appointment!
These folks will sell you a lemon, offer to cover tow service so they can try to fix the pile of metal they sold you, and then pull the rug out from under you at time of payment. This is on a vehicle with under 10K miles where we bought the extended warranty. Go to literally any other dealership other than these scam artists.
