front desk was not very friendly and not a wide variety of cars to choose from
I've had my Lexus serviced here many times and it has always been an incredible experience. I always ask to work with Sammi - she is highly effective and personable. For working on my car, I always ask for Phil Brooks, he is thorough, fast, and reliable to do great work on my car.
I really appreciate the service department at Stevinson Lexus of Frederick. Sammi, my service writer, greeted me first thing in the morning all ready for me. She was extremely friendly and efficient. She patiently showed me how to operate the loner vehicle all while greeting other clients in the morning rush. What a perfect service visit. Samantha helped get everything going and then came out to me to update me. I had a tire issue but she made sure my new tire warranty took care of it. She is a pro at her job and makes the necessary Service visits go smoothly with her friendly personality. Five stars to this visit, for sure!!
Stevenson lexus of Frederick is a five star operation. I have been going here since 2007. I have always had superior service at this location. On one occasion, they even brought a battery all the way to Fort Collins for me. I have been working with Lisa Pena for many years and she is top-notch. All service advisors are great, but she always goes the extra mile for me. Although I live in Fort Collins, I would go nowhere else for service. Thank you, Lexus Frederick for always giving me such great service.
