I sincerely appreciate the wonderful service by the technicians and in particular Santiago Bustillos the Service Consultant! He was extremely helpful to do only what was necessary to support my 89 year old mother who drives the 2014 RX350. He was so courtesy and understanding! My 2014 Lexus got a strip of metal lodged underneath my chassis when I made a roadside stop. Stevenson Lexus diagnosed and fixed the problem. I will definitely go back there if I have future issues with my Lexus.
