We were picking up our daughter's car from service and were browsing for new vehicles and not one sales person came and asked if we needed help. When I asked if there was a sales person available one guy responded (while eating a big bag of chips). Too little too late. We browsed on our own for a bit and decided to take our business elsewhere.
Man them people at the service desk deserve or an award they have the biggest patience and their courtesy is outstanding. And I was very satisfied with the work the mechanics did thank you very much. I still need more work on my car and I'm going straight to Stevenson Chevrolet .
Service went great and fast for what I needed to be done. Only issue I had they top off window washer fluid and I didn’t know nor did anyone told me. I found out when I was going fill it myself. I left mine empty for a reason I live in mountains and need use winter snow blend fluids so doesn’t freeze in my car. All season wouldn’t work well in mountains when starts snow a lot over here with temperatures we get. This only this made me upset.
