Very disappointed with this Dealership and their handling of my vehicle. I took my truck into their shop four times to address a rattling noise coming from my driver side door, only to be told it was fixed three of the four times, each time it was not fixed. The fourth time, they said there was nothing they could do and said it was a seatbelt issue and proceeded to jiggle the belt to recreate a noise that sounds nothing like the rattle from my door. I just spent $60k on a brand new truck that sounds like a piece of junk.
