I had a check engine light come on for several different error codes, and scheduled an appointment immediately, . When I arrived at Stevinson Chevrolet service center, I was informed that the issues I was having would possibly be covered under warranty. The warranty has about 2 months left and I was anticipating the mechanic coming up with a reason the issues were not going to be covered under warranty and that I would have to pay for parts and labor. Incredible service was provided by Ian Carter and the service department. We were traveling back to Utah when our Buick broke down. They got our car in, diagnosed it, and preformed the repair within a few short hours so we could get on our way. They have a nice waiting area as well as free snacks and beverages. Very clean restrooms as well. The price was reasonable too.
Could not recommend a better place to service your vehicle. Friendly staff, clean work place, always comfortable doing work here while waiting.
Absolute nightmare to deal with. Even if you have an appointment be ready to waste 6hrs and still have to come back in over the next 3 days just to run a diagnostic. No one in there has any idea what’s going on because they don’t communicate whatsoever. Complete waste of time, I’ve had my car less than a year and have had “ appointments” and each time ends up requiring missing 3 days of work.
