I used to come to Robert all the time. After he retired I tried to give the new owner an opportunity. I was very disappointed with the barber, who I believe was drinking. The new owner didn’t seem to care about the service, because the barber continued to leave in the midst of cutting my hair. It so difficult finding a decent barber in Akron. I’m still looking for someone competent and with business etiquette.
Steve was very kind and introduced himself and his staff. He listened to what style my son wanted and gave him a great haircut. He was kind and patient with him when he was getting squirmy. He encouraged him to be brave. More than that, I could see on my son’s face that he felt great about it. Steve didn’t realize what this meant to him and me as his mom. Sometimes we are just doing our jobs but we don’t realize we are ministering to people. Highly recommend a visit to Stevie E’s. We will go back.
