About this business
In 1984, confident that he had a great product, Steve Birger opened his first rib joint. Construction began at Halsted and Wrightwood in Chicago's near North side. Everything was in place, except for one key ingredient: Steve had no name for his restaurant. In 1994, Steve decided to move back home to South Florida. Finger lickin good If you love BBQ ribs you'll love this place- the ribs are to die for! The meat fell off the bones and melted in your mouth. Service was great. Not fancy just a great taste and a great value.
Great BBQ My family loves bbq and this is a place they loved. Too bad we don't live closer. The ribs are the best ever, mouth watering. Falling from the bone. It's clean and the service is good. Not a fancy place, but who needs fancy when your dripping in bbq sauce.
