Our cat had urinary issue which was urgent. we called in the morning and the staff arranged the earliest time we could go. Dr. Donovan was thoughtful to bring our cat a towel to comfort him. She explained in details, providing with options, which was very professional. What’s more, they called 2 days after to follow up our cat’s latest situation. I have been taking my dog here for roughly 5 years now. We moved into the area and found this location to be quite convenient. Our dog is older and becomes very stressed and shakes uncontrollably when visiting the vet to the point where I feel it does more harm than good sometimes.
