I think they're an excellent clinic—if you're already a patient. The receptionist answers promptly, and they can usually get you in the same day if there's an emergency (but I don't think they're accepting new patients or walk-ins). For non-emergency, it's within a few days, but given our current family doctor situation in BC, this is excellent. Never a long wait time when you're there for an appointment either. Friendly staff & doctors!
If you’re ready to wait at least 1 hr + pass your booking appointment everytime then this is your place. Instead of getting your front desk to call your patience in for check up how about train them better with the appointment time ?? We have work too , can’t sit all day 1-2 hr pass our appointment time to see our doctor . It’s ridiculous. Never want to come here unless I’m dying.
Doctors and staff always great and professional with me.
Unfortunately, a terrible experience. Dr Wong’s working hours were similar to that of a bank, 2 days a week for a couple hours at best. As a replacement for my original family doctor- who passed away over ten years ago - he never learned my name, background, age ect. I battled with serious health issues throughout the years that I stayed under his practice, and never received any proactive diagnosis or attempt to improve my health.
