I urgently needed a pair of large spanner’s to adjust the engine mounts on my sailboat and contacted these guys to purchase them. They don't sell spanners but instead lent me a set. The job took longer than I thought and they agreed to lend me the spanners for a couple of weeks whilst we went sailing in case they were needed. Worst service in 50 years of doing business in Steveston. Hired them to do a repair, they removed the legs and two weeks later said they couldn’t complete the work.
Bought a pair of grundens deviation boots from them and immediately started having a leak in the right shoe toe box area within the same month. Attempted contacting them for a possible warranty defective item and they haven't bothered reaching out.
I called the store on July 8th 2025 at 9:30AM looking for a Gas Strut. When I told him the part # off the website he said that he was not familiar with that number. When I told him I got it off the website he told me I didn't have to be a sucha jerk!
Total fraud. Made me and an 87 year old widow jump through hoops so he could buy a motor he needed parts for. And when the day came that we all committed to, he decided to screw us over to make a fast buck selling a boat on the island.
