Ordered some marine charts, took a week and a half to deliver within Vancouver. 3 of the charts were missing, most were damaged. They denied messing up the order. I called multiple times, was put on hold and did not hear back. Eventually I went in and they reluctantly agreed to provide the missing charts. They didn’t have one of them in stock. Now I’m out of luck for a trip coming up. There is one nice guy who works there though that I’ve had a good experience with whenever I go in.
Dave was beyond unhelpful, rude. To say the customer service here is awful is an understatement.
Only buy on their online store if you have plenty of time to wait for the delivery. Anything you buy on the website take ages to "arrive from the warehouse" and than get shipped. I waited 4 business days for a pick up of a 3 feet tube. I gave another try and bought from them again and guess what? Now I'm waiting 4 business days plus delivery time for a rail mount. They should have the information if the item is available at the store or if it has to come from the warehouse, that I'm assuming is in another province since it t... read more
Struggle with customer service no doubt
Terrible customer service, if you want to be helped by people with no boat experience or effort to help this is the place to be. Rude cashiers working the counter speaking amongst themselves in another language with no regard to the customer.
