Owners are local, convenient location close to marinas and a lift, another location in the city. Large selection in stock of everything, can order and ship between stores. Knowable staff. I’m here all the time as it’s my dream store.
I had the luck of dealing and working with Mehek She located the items I wanted , that no other store could. She ordered in one of the items and then a second one , when a friend also decided that he wanted one. She sent me pictures of the product, gave me a discount that was basically ended,shipped it really quickly, forwarded me copies of my visa, the invoice and the tracking numbers. Steveston Marine and Hardware resolved a shipping issue quickly and above my expectations for a small item. Although the first item shipped was incorrect they had the item (now discontinued) I was looking for at an excellent price (probably original price from 2007 !) Well done. And my humminbird system is up and running again
The worst store ever! I picked Victory brand harness that I thought had an amazing price ($24.99 CAD). I went to the cashier and when I was about to pay, I realized I was missing another item, so I left the harness with the cashier and went to pick up the other one. When I finally got back, in that small time that I left, the cashier girl modified the price with a pen to $124.99 CAD!!!! She added manually a one and suggested I was wrong and that the system actually marked the price as 128 and she was being nice by price matc... read more
ABSOLUTELY AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I was inferring on some chairs and was directed from the Vancouver to the Richmond store and was told they had my item in stock. Upon arrival, the girls completely ignored me and made no effort to assist. Only to find out they had no stock of my item and I had travelled all this way for nothing. The prices are ridiculous the service is terrible, I would highly recommend doing business with any other vendor.
