The owner Steve seemed nice. However, his employee Justin Donaldson took $3,250 from me over a month ago with a verbal agreement to deliver the material and do the work the next day. After a month of false promises and lies he has neglected to give me any money or material back
After our well pump failed back in November, our family went nearly two months without running water. We reached out to several well companies, but no one was willing to even come out to take a look. During that time, we had to temporarily connect to our neighbor’s water using a hose, which later froze, forcing us to switch to a heated hose just to get by. Owner Steve seemed understanding and professional. However his employee Justin Donaldson took $3,250 with a promise to deliver the material and do the work the next day. It's been over a month of false promises and lies. He has neglected to pay any of the money back. I can't get ahold of his boss to work this out because Justin's wife works there too and controls the phones. Most horrific and frustrating experience I have ever encountered in the service industry.
Steve's was quick to respond to our frozen pipes. I put in a call and they were there within an hour. Definitely saved us money getting it thawed before the pipes burst.
