Justin came promptly and gave me a fair quote prior to the start of the job. He was informative throughout the duration of the visit to fix a clogged sewer line. At the end we viewed the fix with a camera and clearly the line was clogged with tree roots. He was prompt, fast, clean, fairly priced, and answered all of my questions. The visit couldn’t have gone better.
My wife had an emergency leaking toilet repair, Steve’s responded and did the repair, no problem with the emergency repair and service charge, but the predatory price gouging for the components after installation is unprofessional and people should be aware. I believe they knowingly took advantage of my wife being alone and conspired to “RIP HER OFF.
