Guy was rude to my wife on the phone. Bought a new TV instead of dealing with him.
My 60" Vizio TV stopped working. No picture, only sound. Fair enough, I took it in. They charged me $30 just to "diagnose" the TV (I later discovered they didn't even take the back panel off) and they got finger prints all over the front screen, didn't bother to clean it up after giving it back to me. They quoted me at $485 to fix the TV, and literally LAUGHED in my face when I suggested I'd fix it myself (dude, I could BUY a new TV for that price).
