He obviously doesn't know anything about diesel engines with glow plugs and his customer service sucks. I had to keep calling to find out status of my vehicle instead of him calling me and letting me know what was being done to my truck. I am going to have my transmission inspected by another shop, to see if it was in fact rebuilt due to little things I have noticed about my truck after getting it back from Steve's Transmission.
