Steve is awesome at what he does. He has helped me twice with my Avalanche cause I’ve got a wild teenage son.Transmission that he just installed for me shift like a brand new one.Steveand Kevin have helped me with numerous jobs that I’ve needed. I would recommend them to anybody that needs auto work done on a vehicle thank you guys and ma’am.

The inner transmission speed sensor on my 2008 Ford Taurus Limited (AWD) was going out and causing problems. Was directed here from Bailey's (or Blevins, can't remember which they go by now) in Beckley. They got me in surprisingly fast and kept me updated (like when their power went out during the hurricane, so they couldn't have my car ready by the end of the day). Charged a bit more than most people but for the speed, quality and communication I'd say it was well worth it.

My husband dropped off our truck and a week later he called and said it was fixed so we picked it up and the first time we drove it we noticed the problem was not fixed so we took the truck back for the seckend time he's had the truck for a few days now so my husband called him to get an update and the woman on the phone was very rude and started to curse and scream for no reason after he asked about the truck she said she's not seen the truck and have no idea where it is come to find out the man took it to his house we did ... read more
