Do not go to the one on westerville rd. They replaced the front right tire and forgot to put the weight on it for my truck then it was jumping all over the freeway and was not a good tire so I take it back with receipt and because the guy wrote the drivers side instead of passenger they wouldn't replace it and asked to speak to manager or get number they said no we can't do that. Very unprofessional and had put me and my family in danger.

Went in there today thinking I needed two new tires. I talked to a younger guy named Kyle. He looked at my tires we talked and he told me an honest evaluation of what the problem really was. Another tire shop told me my tires were garbage and the real problem was my balancing. So thanks Kyle at Steve's tires you saved me some money.

I called ahead and asked if they had the tire I needed, and they told me yes, for $40. Which was pretty comparable to other used tire places where I've gotten replacement tires before. I got there and the $40 tire they had told me about was so worn out it wasn't even worth putting on the car, so I ended up paying $60 for a different tire that still had some life in it.
