First time coming, very disappointing business practices. My appointment was at 12:30 and work didn’t start on my car until after 1:30. Steve decided to let a friend come in without an appointment and pushed me back 2 hours. At 3:05 I was in my car able to drive away. The only saving grace was the sweet woman who lent me her truck so I could go to town and get a bite to eat.
