They quite literally take the phone off the hook and lay it to the side just because they don't want to answer it and will tell you to come back in 15 minutes (plenty of time before the shop closes) then intentionally close the shop early so they are closed when you come back. Will actively try to hide and avoid being seen when you pull into the parking lot. Overall crappy customer service because you can't even get service through them.

Didn't get the guys name that helped us with the tire but all of the crew was polite and very helpful. Very reasonable on price for a tire repair! Thank you for getting us back on the road quickly and safely!
