I visited this place to get the tyres changed for my car. Two ladies sitting on the front desk were so unprofessional and rude. I entered the door and stood there for few minutes, thinking they must be busy and will attend me whenever they get a chance while nobody else was there. But the mechanics were very nice and professional and when I entered again to make the payment for the service, nobody assisted again. Terrible customer service !
Terrible experience. My car's tire which was driven only for 22000 km , was punctured with a small nail, instead of fixing it they ruined it and made a big hole and said that its not fixable and you have to get a new tire which was more than 300 dollars. We went to Acadia toyota as I still had warranty for new tires and luckily they fixed it. Steve's tire wasted my all day. not reccomended at all.
