I'm so sad to have to post this review. I've been coming to Steve's for years. I asked for a haircut today and got a newer hairdresser with burgundy hair. She definitely was either very nervous or had no clue what to do. She didn't even ask me if I liked it. I started tearing up before I left. We just checked out, paid, and ended up crying in my car looking for a place that could fix my hair immediately. It's fixed now, but very sadly...I won't be back. Ripped and pulled my hair out instead of detangling properly. I asked for layers and it's just a blunt cut.
Rude and unprofessional phone etiquette. I had to cancel. I said thank you when I was done and worker said “uh huh”! and hung up.
