Steve had my Stihl string trimmer for almost 4 weeks. When he returned it to me I eventually found he had broken it, failed to repair and tried to hid this issue. My trimmer ran very roughly for about 1 hour and when I looked closer I found he had broken the spark plug wire assembly. The spark plug rubber boot was now missing, he had jury rigged a wire to the spark plug and covered the connection poorly with electrical tape.
