My wife traveled down from Maryland on one of the hottest days of the year to care for her aging mother in Grafton. The day after she arrived, the A/C went out in her 99 Avalon. Well, to put it mildly, my wife was very upset about riding in a car with no A/C in 100 degree weather. I called Steve (yes, I spoke directly with the owner) and explained the situation to him. Was referred to Steve's Radiator by an alternate truck driver. Being that my truck is my lifeline God being first of course; it is very important not to be shut down for long periods of time. Received a quote from Steve for the repair needed. The quote was lower than any other competitor. The most satisfying portion of this transaction was the turn around time. My truck was dropped off on Monday morning and by Tuesday morning I was back riding! Thanks Steve's Radiator for you being professional; prompt; and affordable.
