Friendly but not efficient Have taken my car to Steve's three times. Last year they found the problem and fixed it but I had to take it there twice for them to find it. This year I had the same problem and went back to them. They got the heat running in my car and that lasted ten days before my car's heat went out again. In their favor I can say they were reasonably priced and were quick to get me in and out of there. They were just to quick getting me in and out to find the real problem.
My oil stick grommet was damaged! during A/C REPAIR, CAR PARKED IN MUD/DIRT DECEMBER ~then see on ID TV a month later, in PRISON for murder black employee~paid to MURDER 3 of his 4 wives, DEATH ROW! Found out Mr, hand was/did sell business - wanted more SHUT-UP! MONEY, WAS SHOT in same basement, in Mr. Hand's home (where all 3 wives were shot/otherwise his wives murder spree for life insurance would continue today!
Good Service 5 or 6 years ago I took my Jeep Cherokee to Steve's Radiator around 2000 or 2001 and had very prompt, courteous and competent service. A few days after the warrantee expired, the new radiator had a leak. I took it back, and the leak was found to be due to a manufacturing flaw (a coil was pinched). The radiator was replaced with no charge for parts or labor. The worst service I have ever had in my life! He is the most disrespectful man I have ever met and will rip you off any chance he can get one! I would give 0 stars if I could.. DO NOT GO HERE
DO NOT GO HERE, this is the most disrespectful man I have ever met. He will try to rip you off at any chance he can get one! I am not the only one who agrees with this, DO NOT GO HERE! Takes 10x longer than it should and 3x the price.
