I missed my appointment at this office. Felt terrible, of course, called prepared to pay a fee before they would reschedule. Spoke with two different ladies, Felicia and Kristin, I believe. I just loved the customer service. You could feel them smiling through the phone. I absolutely love companies with staff that are so welcoming.
