Extremely Disappointed I rarely write reviews, but this one is well-deserved. I hired Steve's to handle routine cleaning and maintenance, and it's been nothing short of a disaster from day one. They constantly show up late—if they even show up at all—and when they do, the job is rushed and sloppy. The water is often cloudy after they "clean" it, and I’ve had to fish out leaves, bugs, and debris myself just a day later. We built our pool less than a year ago and noticed there was a blue line around the edge of my pool so I decided to get the water tested. The chemicals were completely out of whack and the test showed high copper levels. The company that tested my water said it was most likely because the acid in the pool was eating away at the copper in my heater. I don't recommend this company for weekly cleaning. The maintenance crew is great, but for the weekly cleaning, you can expect very frequent staff turnover, indifferent technicians, and frequent algae that they won't be available to treat for several days.

This company’s front desk receptionist is very unprofessional and rude. How can you take care of your customers when the first point of contact seems like she hates her job?
