I was traveling from Northern Utah to Logandale NV to see my sister whom just won her battle with breast cancer. Furthermore, it was my birthday weekend. My 2012 Chevy Traverse started having electrical issues 1/2 way from Nephi to Fillmore. It was storming cold rain and I had lost heater and barely had wipers. Was in a pinch for some new tires and wheels! Derek is the man! Got some in FAST and hooked me up! 10/10 service! The wife couldn’t be happier with her new wheel setup!
We were on our way home from Bryce Canyon when we noticed our tire was losing pressure. We stopped at Steve's Point and even though they were closing they stayed an extra 25 minutes and repaced our faulty tire valve extender and got us on our way. Most tire shops we had passed were closed on saturday so we were so grateful we found this shop and that they were willing to help us out. Thanks again for your professionalism and going beyond!
Had to stop for a battery light that came on during a trip to California. Were told it was the alternator and would take about 1-1/2 hours. After 3 hours and the unapproved addition of the serpentine belt, we are still waiting for the vehicle. Absolute ripoff with the extreme high costs for the parts, knowing we were from out of state and had no other alternatives. Only 1-star because you can’t leave 0 stars.
Took 3 hours to change an alternator and put new belts with out asking
