Had to stop for a battery light that came on during a trip to California. Were told it was the alternator and would take about 1-1/2 hours. After 3 hours and the unapproved addition of the serpentine belt, we are still waiting for the vehicle. Absolute ripoff with the extreme high costs for the parts, knowing we were from out of state and had no other alternatives. Only 1-star because you can’t leave 0 stars.
Took 3 hours to change an alternator and put new belts with out asking
Very nice people
I was having some shaking in my vehicle, from tire is being unbalanced stopped at two other places before Steve’s. cost me 64 bucks but they did it right.
Stayed open late to wait for my wife who needed tires after one blew up on the freeway.
