Sets the standard for professionalism. Couldn’t get a doggone plumber in Worland to come out so Steve and his guys came over from Thermop. He answers if he can, calls you when he’s on his way, and when he got here with his guys they moved quicker than any crew I’ve seen and it was clear they knew their stuff. Absolutely blown away at the fast service and great communication. Gave us peace of mind in a hazardous situation, got our hot water back, and all on a Friday when they were already slammed.
