I would like to thank the guy's from Steve's plumbing very professional, explained everything to me, everyone was very nice from the first time I called all the way up to the end of the job, thank y'all so much
I called three times to get a furna ce tune up. After about three weeks I received a call to schedule an appointment and it was a no show. I called the office to see what was going on. It was 15 minutes before closing time and I got a recorded message. I went to a more professional competitor. I will never use Steve's Plumbing and Heating.
Everyone was very professional from the initial phone call to the installation. The price quoted on the phone was honored as an out the door price on replacing my hot water heater. Repair team were prompt and respectful. I am delighted to give a high satisfaction score and I can recommend Steve's plumbing with no reservations.
After no call no shows from 2 other plumbers we called Steve's, he came out the next day! 5 days later we had our basement drains moved and a backwater valve installed. They were awesome and did a fantastic job cleaning up their mess.
