Very poorly unorganized as I go and buy a dog they sell it right in front of me. As I have my card told them we were taking it and waiting for them to get off the phone they tell just sold it. No happy.
While I am an advocate for rescuing dogs and cats, I also support reputable breeders and there is NO reputable breeder I know of that would sell their litters through a pet store. Steve's claims that their pets come from "local breeders" but refuses to disclose any specifics (I know several people who have asked directly). These situations could definitely be along the lines of a puppy (or kitty) mill. Don't sell puppies and kittens. Backyard breeders and puppy mills galore 😡 Support rescues rather than sales!
I like the fact that you can still buy pets at a pet store. Not all animals in all pet stores come from mills. I got a kitten from here a long time ago and she was perfect. I have been scammed trying to buy a dog from someone before. Lost almost $800 and there were trying to get even more money from me. so if pet stores still carry PETS there would be less scammers.
