So I talked to Steve as he was on his way back up from Allentown our water heater had been broken for weeks I asked him how much and he said 600 dollers. Well this was a 600 doller nightmare. They took it to lowes because I had a warenty on it but the thing is the other plumber we had hadn't bought it from there so they couldn't exchange it . Made a call when my oil heat was out. Steve was quick to give me a suggestion on where to get an antigel product for my frozen oil. Got the heat running again with a simple fix and in a timely manner.
Helped us tremendously and on very short notice, prevented disaster. Amazing guy.
