Steve has been in the Outdoor Power Industry for 44 years and in that time, he has been the service manager for major OEM'S such as Murray, Tanaka, Oleo Mac, Grasshopper & Parklander Products. Cannot praise Steve enough for his going the extra mile despite a huge backlog of work. Greatly appreciate his cheerful manner and honesty.
There was a 2 weeks before I could get my chainsaw serviced, but Steve serviced my chainsaw after work so I could help our neighbours clear their driveway. Thank you so much.
I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. With service above & beyond the call of duty he got my zero turn back on track after nearly 10 months of frustration dealing with a local business from whom I had purchased the mower a few years earlier. The point is that Steve got me back on track for which I was most grateful. He said he would not charge me for the time as he felt it was grossly unfair the way I had been treated. I am very disappointed to have to write this review but feel the need to warn others of our experience with Steve over the last year. We are currently tenanting our property and have left our mower for our tenants to use to mow the lawn. Steve had completed some work on the mower over before the tenancy had started. After one use of the mower, our tenants found the mower was causing sparks on the driveway so put it away and called Steve.
