Good communications, showed up early, very polite, and listened to EVERYTHING I had done. He even worked in the hot RV lot under the sun with a good attitude. Steven made an appointment with me that he did NOT keep. No warning phone call or text. He had agreed to confirm today, day after we spoke, but he did NOT. Left messages that he did NOT respond to. He left it so late that other mechanics had closed for the holiday so I'm without an appointment for next day of business, being after the 4th.
