Not sure how anyone could leave a negative comment for this company called in the middle of the busy day for a part number. Steve was more than happy to stop what he was doing. In fact, pull the mechanic off a job to ask a question even though there was no part available for me he was willing to go out of his way to do whatever I needed even asked if I needed help where my boat was stuck they don’t get any better than this.
Used to be great. I'm not sure if it's because of the pandemic or something else but the place is absolutely horrible now. Many of the mechanics have left. They won't call you back, if you are lucky enough to have someone answer the phone they lie to you and say they have to talk to Steve and they'll call you back, which won't happen. I loved this place through the years it's a shame.
Worst customer service. Boat has been there for months trying to get repaired. They say one thing and do another. Steve never returns calls. Highly don’t recommend
