Everything was great until I wanted to negotiate trade in numbers. Was told do to the sales rep transposing the mileage, there wasn’t anything more he could do. I am incredibly disappointed to see my old vehicle listed for $10k over my trade in number. Understand they need to make margins, but wow
The people here are great to work with! Tyler got me a really good deal on a truck. Then the day after we bought the truck, David the sales manager went the extra mile by negotiating an even better rate on my car loan! So many places are just out to get your money, my experience with Steve's Hometown was truly outstanding!
These guys are awesome, especially Kevin in sales and Dan in the finance office! Best car buying experience I've ever had. Came in to trade a Mazda CX-5 for a CX-9 and they had us in and out in 2 hours - shortest time I've ever spent buying a car in my life.
