Been trying to get a hold of him the past 2 days. Called multiple times, left multiple voicemails, emailed, and used the messaging system on the website. Had a new system installed back in March which has worked fine until this cold spell. After turning the heater on for the first time, I discovered that it’s tripping the breaker. He failed to install the proper breaker on initial installation required by the furnace.
