AC was not blowing very cold air so needed a tech to help. Thought about calling the big guys first but dont need anyone trying to sell me stuff i dont need. Steve is great and does not sell you on anything. Very fast, very responsive and very communicative. Would recommend to anyone. Wife is happy too so thats always a good sign!
So kind! Steve answers the phone, does his own work, and writes up the bill right there. It is so nice to dream with one person and not a bigger company. He has been doing this since the 70's and was trained at a school to do it. He can't put to fix some issues another company in the area caused for us. He explained everything and showed me where the issues were. He switched his schedule around and came right out to help us.
