Very disappointing experience. I spoke directly with the owner and clearly told him I didn’t care about the exterior—only that the interior be properly cleaned and vacuumed. He reassured me not to worry and said the car wasn’t very dirty. This is the result I received for a $40 car wash. The interior was not properly cleaned, and there was still visible dust left behind. Very professional, fast, the car looks like new after.
Decent job for a not so modest price. Consider drying off missed areas as some of the employees don’t carry pride in their work. I know this isn’t a reflection to the standard the business wants, but this is common in all car washes. They aren’t all perfect, and you will most likely find spots that need another pass.

I took my vehicle in and they said it was too dusty so they turned me away despite being no one in line on a Monday. I offered to pay extra and they refused. Been going to Steve's for 20+ yrs. Must be new management. Make sure your car is clean before taking it!
