I chose this place based on reviews.I have to say this was a horrible experience.My sister was diagnosed with cancer & needed a wig.This is a hard time for anyone & Steve did not make it any easier. He was very rude & basically told her that she was being difficult for asking questions.He talks over you & gets aggravated when you asked questions. Very expensive, 370.00 for a short synthetic wig made in Thailand. I felt the owner was only interested in making his money...I went before starting chemo and I felt like Steve only cared about making a sale. He offered to shave my head for an extra 55.00, and he calls himself "compassionate ". Try the American cancer society for wigs or anywhere else, otherwise you're going to feel ripped off.
