Two year old could done better – I went into steves to get all the dings and a dent in trunk taken care of on my car. I was given a price just slightly lower then the other repair shops i have been too. I decide to go ahead and get the repairs done. The following day i was to go back and pick up my car however when i called to see if it was finished he said something came up and never got to it that they had just started it. Good Job – I asked them to fix front n back bumpers in my car with some negotiation in price. They fixed the bumpers with little scrach on oneside(very minor thing). The good thing is they did not agree to fix Tail light which had issue initially. But later they fixed that too..without extra money. I got quote from 4 others and Steve quote was less than others!!. I hope inside of my car is fine..so far..:). They agreed to fix the minor issue(without extra money)...
Avoid this Collision Shop – AVOID THIS SHOP!!!! They were entrusted to repair a car with extensive damage. They only made COSMETIC repairs and left the underlying damage untouched. The frame was bent the and the crumple zones were destroyed and never repaired. This car was returned a virtual death trap!!!! This was only discovered after the car was involved in a second low speed accident. (It was backed into in a driveway). They were given a 2nd chance to repair and lied and said they did. ~Beware Complete Hack Job~ – This could've been a very Nice Job for A Real Repair Shop but Not This Hacker! My car will Never be the same... It was less than adequately repaired and What a Hack Job they Have Done! Please any and everybody should beware of this shop! Great Job! – I took my Ford Focus to Steve after I had been rear ended. They did a great job on my car! You can't tell it has been in an accident. They were very friendly and didn't mind my asking questions. They helped me with the insurance company and even saved me a few dollars! I will definitely go back again!
one sucky 14.00 dollar paint job – well they messed my car up as in lights chrome bumpers and painted the car the wrong shade and refused to give refund or paint over
