Nicest owner in the world. Great storage space. Friendly, clean, and he also owns a dog rescue kennel. That makes it all worth while.
I own the place, and I think it's great. This facility was built in the 1970s with strong, solid materials. Access is spacious as it's only one 34-garage building on 1/2 acre of land. I take good care of my customers and my business. I don't raise my rates. I don't charge for partial months. Move-in and move-out months are always free. However, you may not move out. When you store with Steve, you don't want to leave. I have customers who have been with me for over a decade.
