Steve fixed all the gutters on our townhouse complex. Prior to hiring him he stopped and fixed the gutters next door for free, an old lady in her 90s when he saw the disaster she was enduring. Nice guy. Great service.
Steve’s Eaves Ltd. of Chilliwack was hired to install a 35 ft run of a new gutter on a drip edge of one section of the roof. The new gutter looked great! However, the first rain showed leaks in the installation. When requested to rectify the problem, Steve’s Eaves Ltd. asked for an additional payment stating “… I would not have guaranteed no leaks.” When I refused to pay extra to make the installation complete, Steve’s Eaves Ltd. stated, “… I’m sure you can find a professional that can rectify your problem” and walked away. ... read more
