NEVER AGAIN. I called Steve to do a building. Six weeks later I called him again to check on it. He forgot. Later in the day, I received an email with a preliminary sketch. He charged me $800. I'll never work with the guy again. He's sloppy, doesn't use technology, and I don't think he was fair or honest in his billing. Don't use him.

Steve was awesome! He worked with us to understand what we wanted in a house plan and then came up with a plan that we could revise with him back and forth until we were completely satisfied with the end product. The whole process took less than a month. I would highly recommend Steve if you are looking for a way to design your dream house.

Steve was a no call no show the first appointment and called to cancel the second appointment claiming he was sick. When I called to reschedule for the third time he said "I'm not interested in driving all the way out there, its a waste of my time" Highly unprofessional and a waste of time

Don't waste your money, use an architect instead. This guy doesn't know what he's doing and doesn't stand behind his work.
