We have used Steve for years. Most draftspersons and/or Architects charge upfront money just to sit with clients. As a builder we like his diversity and so do our clients. His rates are very much in line with the general cost guide we quote clients for draft work. And to be fair, bear in mind if you go to meet with Steve with no idea what you want so he's starting from scratch. that's going to cost according to amount of work per changes that needs to be done. NEVER AGAIN. I called Steve to do a building. Six weeks later I called him again to check on it. He forgot. Later in the day, I received an email with a preliminary sketch. He charged me $800. I'll never work with the guy again. He's sloppy, doesn't use technology, and I don't think he was fair or honest in his billing. Don't use him.

Steve was awesome! He worked with us to understand what we wanted in a house plan and then came up with a plan that we could revise with him back and forth until we were completely satisfied with the end product. The whole process took less than a month. I would highly recommend Steve if you are looking for a way to design your dream house.

Steve was a no call no show the first appointment and called to cancel the second appointment claiming he was sick. When I called to reschedule for the third time he said "I'm not interested in driving all the way out there, its a waste of my time" Highly unprofessional and a waste of time
