Good customer service. Representatives were professional
Worst experience! Don't use this company! Had them out to check a leak near my stove pipe. They went on my roof and said it needed caulking..then proceeded to charge me $200! Next rain..it leaked. Had the roofer out and he confirmed no caulking was there. Totally unethical and a rip off!
Easy to schedule, needed service for a rental move out.
Called this place because I needed to have my wood burning stove looked at told them on the phone I didn't think my chimney was clogged. The guy calls me and says well does it burn with the door open I said yeah he goes well I don't know what to do with that its old I can't help you. He wouldn't even come out to look at it and told me to call the dealer of a 30 year old wood burning stove.
