Steve’s automotive was great to work with. I loved that I could schedule an appointment online. My vehicle was done before their guesstimated time. My only problem was that even with an appointment time, my oil change took 3 1/2 hours. I’m not sure if that’s common when making an appointment.
I had a terrible experience at Stephens Service and will never return. I originally scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change, dropped my car off an hour early, and expected it to be done on time. When I arrived after work, I was told they hadn’t even started and that it would take another hour. Then, I got a call saying my brakes were "very dangerous" and needed immediate replacement. Steve’s is my favorite place to go for car help in Logan! They have very fair, transparent prices and treat you with respect that I’ve had a hard time finding at other places.
