Excellent customer service and good prices. I used to go to the shop in Salt Lake and was thrilled when they opened in Sandy, right about the time I moved south. They are now caring for the second car I've brought to them and I am pleased. I trust them and highly recommend them. Update, 2021. I’m now on the third car I trust to Steve’s. These guys have been awesome, Taden at the front desk is always great with communication, talking over any issues with the car and their importance etc. Unlike a lot of shops I’ve been to, they take no for an answer when I opt not to get some services, without the pushiness or fear tactics which I really appreciate. Definitely recommend
Rips off young kids and mothers. They charged my wife's kid $4230.00 for a $900 max timing chain including labor
Customers beware, don't leave your car with this shop overnight. My vehicle was vandalized and had the window broken while in their parking lot, maybe 15 steps from the front door and the shop admitted to me that their insurance doesn't cover their own parking lot. I dropped off my vehicle for a $70 oil change, and it ended up costing me $500+ to get the window repaired at another shop.
