Asked for certain things to be done on my car which they agreed upon and they half a$$ed some didn't do the rest because they didn't have time

DONT GO HERE! I had a nightmare experience at this auto shop. They sold me a USED car battery, claiming it was new, (later explaining they were in the "business of making money") which in return caused my car to breakdown on the side of an extremely busy highway. This was a life and death situation, and after calling them and letting them know about the situation, they laughed....
