I rented a budget truck was worst truck I ever rented dome light in back didn't work guy at the counter that handled it basically forced me to get the insurance when my insurance company stated I didn't need to have that coverage my full coverage car insurance covered it but he was on some other bs never going there again

Super knowledgeable, affordable, and honest. He doesn’t replace things that don’t need fixing and goes above and beyond every time. We take all of our vehicles here and will continue to do so.
Went to pick up budget truck after having it reserved. The guy working was very rude and kinda a “smartass”. I understand it was 830 am- but honestly you don’t have to be rude. The doors were open and the truck was to be available at 8. The building smelt of “420”. Guessing I interrupted his smoke break. Would not recommend.
