Great Service and knowledgeable mechanics I had previously taking my vehicle into another shop 3x with no success I was told it had to go to the Dealership for the repair,Toyota was unable to get the part .I took it to Steve’s Auto who sourced the part quickly and Jacob the mechanic was able to find a solution to save several hours labour changing my transfer case actuator on my Toyota 4 runner .
Good place if you like the dealership experience which is getting over charged for everything and them always trying to find something wrong with your car to up charge you. The online booking is great very convenient but prices are far too high. Took my car there recently and was quoted 2000. Took it to another shop in town and they gave me different options for prices and worked with me on what I needed. Ended up being almost half the cost for everything. The staff at Steve’s automotive are polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, and they treat you like family. Special thanks to Derek and Ryan for the amazing job. They done on my 1970 Chevelle super sport. I would highly recommend Steve’s automotive for any service needed.
I made an appointment to get new summer tires put on my summer rims and an alignment. From the moment I called to book the appointment the staff were amazing. When I dropped off the car I was greeted in a friendly manner and was assisted getting the rims and tires out of my husband's truck. I even forgot to tell them where my summer lug nuts were as I switch them in the winter and they found them without calling me.
