I’m new to Woodstock and was in need of a new mechanic. Off the bat I needed tires and regular seasonal maintenance. They got me in next day, were fully transparent on what needed to be done, and overall pleasant to deal with. (Bonus points for good music choice for the customer area)
Good service
This is my first time using Steve's Automotive and I was extremely satisfied from start to finish. They called me before doing any work and answered any of my questions or concerns. The work was done before the date they gave me and it was well under the estimated cost I was quoted. I couldn't have been happier with the staff I spoke with on the phone or while I was in the shop. Very professional!! The car also looked like it had been washed when I picked it up.
