Took my Transit van in for brakes and rotors. They got the job done and I was extremely pleased with my experience. Great customer service and the job was finished in a very timely manner.
OMG, the customer service is fantastic! If you are looking for an honest mechanic (Jonas) and a good owner (Steve), then this is your place. I thought I had a major repair, but due to Steve's honesty, he assured me that it was something minor that could be fixed later.
Had an issue with my brakes on my Kia Soul, so I took it in to have them replaced. Turns out it was a broken heat shield causing a grinding sound as if I had bad brakes. They put a clamp on the heat shield and sent me on my way with no charge! Couldn't be happier with the service here.
Misdiagnosed my vehicle, costing me several thousand dollars. I am assuming this post will be deleted, as Steve’s is famous for deleting bad reviews.
