Not friendly and very rude
My grandad taught me that a sign of a great mechanic is to notice how much work is waiting to be done, Steve seems to always have all bays full of cars and even some parked sideways in the shop, not to mention on the side and front parking areas! I call ahead, get scheduled, show up for the work and I’m back on the road in no time!
