This company is the best! I had an appointment with Safelite to replace my windshield a couple weeks ago. The safelite installer shows up (this was after 2 no shows) and tells me he can't work on my windshield because of a bead of Silicone I had to run along the top to stop it from leaking. It took me 1 hour to remove the silicone. Steve's Auto glass showed up on time, told me they wouldn't have had any issue removing the silicone for me, AND they saved me about $200 (compared to the safelite cost).
