When I moved back to Liberty, one of my priorities was to find a good independant service center for my family's cars. Recommended by a Goodyear tech I found Steve at his old location............Quick Service? No, (go to Jiffy Lube). Dependable? Yes. Professional? Yes. Honest? Absolutely! So don't get POed if he tells you that your car has 200K on the odometer, is over ten years old and you might want to think about getting a newer model. That to me is class. I have been taking all my cars to Steve's for 15 years and I have never had a bad experience. Everyone I talk too that needs car repairs, I send to Steve. He is totally honest, never does unnecessary work, and stands by his work. Its a great relief to know that I can trust him always, even if its my daughter or wife that's bringing in a car.
Do not go to this business if you looking for a job done in a timely manner. Slooow service and disrepect is what you will get!!! A 2 hour job took 5hours!!!! Excuses and complaints about not being told more about the job when all he needed to know was already written down. Very poor customer cummunications.
